Giant Migration
Giant Migration Review in 50 Words
Giant Migration is a licensed immigration consultancy firm primarily based in Dubai, UAE with branches in Australia, Delhi, New Zealand, Canada and Qatar. The company provides immigration services to Canada, as well as several visa services for Australia, New Zealand, the U.S, Germany, UK, Schengen, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dominica and Grenada.
Working on the principles of transparency and honesty, the firm claims to offer cheap packages. Their licenses (as presented on their website) are from Immigration Advisers Authority, ICCRC and Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

Services
The following Canadian immigration visa services are provided by Giant Migration:
- Federal Skilled Worker Class
- Federal Skilled Trades Class
- Canadian Experience Class
- Provincial Nominee Program
- Business Immigration
- Family Sponsorship Program
- Caregiver Program
- Refugee and Asylum
- Humanitarian Program
There isn’t much information about any of the visa programs mentioned above. Just a few lines under each immigration pathway it is mentioned with basic requirements, which is a major drawback. However, there is an FAQ section under the skilled immigration services which provides some insight about the different visa programs.
Besides immigration visas, the following services for Canada are also provided by the company:
- Student Visa
- Visit Visa
- Work Permit
These categories also lack sufficient information but are more detailed than the immigration services section.
On the website, they mention some other services such as individual strategizing and handling of cases, quality assurance, thorough evaluation, pre-landing services (specifics not mentioned), post-landing services via their post-landing manager in Canada (specifics not mentioned), IELTS training, employment assistance, training for job interviews and guidance.
This works in their favour as not every immigration firm provides these additional services, and it really simplifies the process of immigration and resettlement for the immigrant.
Prices
The initial consultation is free. The company claims that they don’t have any hidden costs once the price package is quoted to the client and that they strive to select a plan that’s best for the client even if it is cheaper than their other visa plans.
Customer Service
However, there are also a handful of negative reviews complaining about the bad repute and unprofessionalism of their team.
Their Facebook page also has mixed reviews, but the plus point is that they reply to all of them and take response and criticism into consideration.
They have a live chat option on their website with prompt response, and they also share a WhatsApp chat link. There are many ways to reach the company, but there are no terms of use or privacy policy, login info or refund policy mentioned on their website.
Other Perks
We find it quite impressive that the company provides several visas for many more countries besides Canada. They also seem to have a good agent for IELTS preparatory courses and they mention a number of pre and post landing services for Canada.
RCICs
There is no RCIC agent mentioned on the company’s website. On talking with their customer care representative, they sent info of their agent via email address within 5 minutes.
A Facebook review states that this certificate is fake and edited to trick potential clients.
Online Visibility
Website
We like the layout of Giant Migration’s website. It is sleek and modern, with a user-friendly interface and plenty of ways to reach out to them. But they lack transparency and don’t mention details that can help a client make an informed decision about hiring their services.
There is no login section, terms of use, privacy policy or refund policy. They don’t mention the RCIC agents by name or give out much detail of their company on the website either.
The size of the team can’t be assessed, nor price packages and additional services provided along with their visa package. There isn’t even enough information about the different visa programs they offer.
They have a blog with regularly updated news articles about all the countries they extend their visa services for. There is an FAQ section under immigration visa services and links to live chat, Facebook messenger chat and WhatsApp.
Social Media
Their Facebook page has 9,990 followers and is regularly updated with no interaction under posts, but there is interaction in their reviews section. Same goes for Instagram with over 4.7 k followers, regular updates and no interaction. Their Twitter only has a following of 190 and is also regularly updated.

Editor’s Conclusion
Giant Migration offers a lot of promises on its website and comes with a mixed bag of reviews. While the services they mention are impressive, there’s not enough information on their website to back up their claims or provide proof of authenticity to gain our trust.
Upon asking, they do provide info about their RCIC agent but one can’t be sure about the genuineness of their certification. From what we gathered, their team seems rather small with only one RCIC agent, which adversely affects the processing time for applications. Overall, hiring their services doesn’t seem like a safe bet.
