Canadian Visa Professional
Canadian Visa Professional Review in 50 Words
Owned and operated by CVP Global Services Limited, Canadian Visa Professional (www.canadianvp.com) is a private international company offering several immigration services to its clients.
The company has its main office in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and corporate office in London, UK. Canadian Visa Professionals subcontracts Great North Immigration Inc. For the eligibility screening of candidate profiles, which is managed by well-experienced Canadian immigration consultants.
The organization is known under more than one name, including the ‘Canadianvp’ agency (www.canadianvp.com).
This Company is NOT an RCIC as they clearly mention on their websites’ footer – “…which is a private international company that is not related to Canada’s government or the ICCRC and is not a member or agent of the ICCRC”.
Why are We Hesitant about Recommending Canadian Visa Professional?
- Slow response and bad reviews about customer service
- No information about RCIC agents
- No live chat option on the website

Services
Following immigration programs are offered by the Canadian VP:
- Express Entry – This includes Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
- Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP)
Some additional services can be found in their terms of use, but they are not mentioned directly on the website under their visa programs. These include filling out forms and submission, providing software for improving language skills (English or French), academic courses, and help with document upload, etc.
The initial assessment is only done after processing of payment and the results are delivered with 14 days.
There is sufficient information given about all the visa programs the company offers to potential clients, along with eligibility requirements. Together with some notes about Canada and life there.
There is no mention of temporary visas, family sponsorships, work permits, study permits, or additional post-landing services such as job search, resettlement, housing/rent, etc.
We found that post-landing services are extremely essential for new immigrants, and more than customers are likely to benefit from all services being in one place, so we found this to be a drawback.
We found reviews mention that the company offered to find a job in Canada related to their field of interest, but didn’t follow up with the client after payment.
Prices
The initial assessment for a single applicant is $20 and for the family is $25.
There is no mention of payment plans or packages under any of the immigration visa services offered by the company. Considering the big role price plays in assisting clients in making decisions with regards to immigration agencies, clients need to make sure the price they’re paying matches their needs.
According to the reviews gathered from clients, the price ranges from $500 after initial assessment and can go up to $3000 or more depending on your case.
Customer Service
The company seems to be seriously lacking in its customer service. The clients seem confused with the application process and are not properly guided through the payment or immigration plan devised for them by experts. There is no live chat option on the website that can be much of a help for clients, especially with instructions regarding the immigration process. According to the reviews, clients don’t get replies to their emails. That can indicate the way the agency behaves towards its clients.
According to a customer review, they weren’t able to get a refund even after asking for it within 30 mins of assessment. A client also complained about the processing of payment without informing them and difficulty getting in touch with customer service after the payment was processed.
Many clients have faced similar situations with getting charged without being informed and then not being able to get in touch with customer service. According to this review, the quality of customer service is poor without proper explanation or guidance with the actual application process. In addition, the client describes that after payment, clients don’t receive a follow-up for their visa application or job search as promised.
Other Perks
The website’s terms of use mention providing software for improving language skills, but there are no post-landing services offered by the Canadian VP.
RCICs
Canadian VP subcontracts Great North Immigration Inc. which is managed and operated by the Canadian immigration agents Mr. Amir Shuval and Ms. Sigal Barak. There is no information given about these RCIC agents regarding registration numbers or experience on the website.
Online Visibility
Website
The website of the Canadian VP is quite nice with enough information to get you started. There is detailed information about the visa programs offered by the company, as well as life in Canada and the benefits of getting Canadian PR.
There is an FAQ section as well, and terms of use and clearly stated. But there is no transparency or actual information about the company itself to make it look trustworthy for the client. There is no live chat option and it seems that clients find it hard to get in touch with the customer service representatives. Since the company strives for personal, close companionship, this is a bit odd.
Social Media
There is only a Facebook page with 53,385 followers. The page is seldom updated with zero interaction under posts and only a handful of likes.

Editor’s Conclusion
Canadian Visa Professionals are not RCIC agents. Given the bad reviews on BBB and doubtful payment processing, the company doesn’t seem like a reliable consultancy for Canadian immigration.
We would be more than happy to see an improvement and re-evaluate this company.
Meanwhile, we recommend to check out reliable RCICs that rank higher in our list of best immigration consultants.

I started the immigration process to Canada through canadianvp.com in July 2019. After receiving information through phone calls and emails from Mr. Adam Elias and Ben Joseph (Canadian assistants) I made payments for the alleged credit card process on different days. The total was: 11016 usd.
In December 2020, I wrote to this site through its different emails asking for refund because my plan to emigrate to Canada changed and no one replied me.
In January of this year, I talked to head manager Mrs. Jane Cooper, explaining that don’t want to continue the immigration process to Canada because intend to marry a man from United Kingdom and wants our establishment in his country.
Mrs.Jane Cooper informs me that I can continue the process with her agency for immigratation to UK where also have an office and asked me to pay to continue the process: 3854 usd more.
I didn’t pay because no money and told her my boyfriend was going to contact them for more information. He did it, but couldn’t get answers.
In January 21, I asked for refund again and no one replied me.
After submitting my complaint in different sites, another assistant (Mr Richard) contacted me. It was possible refund 4500 usd from 11016 USD because time has passed and I had to write to the customer service to announce my cancellation (what I did in December).
I have paid 11016 USD for a service that is no longer useful for my future, therefore, won’t receive any benefit from them. I know that refunds come with discounts, but not so they want to give me back less than half.

During May 2019 I have received calls and offered to make the process with Canadian Visa professional, and it was the worst experience I ever had, first call they are very cooperative and nice, but once you make a first payment, the Customer relationship managers commenced to make kind of harassment to pay more without seeing any progress on the support we were supposed to receive, they even shout through phone threatening saying that the next payments needed to be done.
I decided better to stop it, and finally I lost my invested money (around 2,380.USD). They only mentioned the process could be paused but refund was not possible to be done..
Mr. Benjamin Ross and Chris Matthews were the Customer relationship managers
