Canadian Visa Expert
Visa Positive Review in 50 Words
Visa Positive is an immigration consultancy (visapositive.com) firm that known as well a Canadian Visa Expert, which started in 2005 by Fayyaz, who belongs to a family of immigrants himself. They offered immigration services throughout London since the start of their practice, and have only recently started immigration services for Canada and Australia from 2020/2021.
The company employs the services of MARA and ICCRC agents for this purpose, and they plan to set up a branch in the Middle East in the near future. Led by a multi-lingual staff and authorized by the OISC (ref number: F201100389), the company provides a number of immigration and non-immigration visa services.

Services
The following immigration visa services are offered by Visa Positive:
- Express Entry Programs including Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canadian Experience Class
- Provincial Nominee Program
- Spouse or Common-Law Partner Sponsorship
- Parent and Grandparent Super Visa
- Investor Visa
Very limited information is provided under each program, with just a mere paragraph touching upon the basics of the visa type. This is a major drawback as potential clients can’t assess or make an informed decision about different immigration visa types and what suits them best based on the eligibility requirements.
They also don’t mention any other additional services that can help fast-track a client’s immigration. For instance, there is no mention of any language tests, job search, or help with document upload and data flow.
Besides immigration visas, the company also offers visitor visa services. There is no mention of any other service such as post-landing services including help with housing/rent, financial aid, and assistance or resettlement.
Prices
The initial assessment is free. This review suggests that the price is quoted after assessment and is more towards the costlier side. They didn’t find the service up to the mark and re-applying cost double the stated price package.
Customer Service
There’s not much to go by on the company’s website, and there’s no interaction on the social media profiles as well. However, we found a number of reviews that shared a positive experience with the company. Even their Facebook page has great reviews with 5 stars.
One thing to note here is that most of these reviews are old, and the company has just recently started immigration services for Canada. Therefore, it is most likely for the positive reviews to be about London immigration which is running since 2005 and doesn’t reflect on the performance or customer service for the Canada immigration or registered RCICs.
There is no live chat option on the website, which can be a great way for applicants to communicate with the company. We recommend that the agency adds this feature to the website.
Other Perks
Visa Positive provides very standard services for basic immigration visas. There’s nothing else that attracts a client towards hiring them. Besides Canadian immigration, the company also processes applications for the UK and Australia, and we find that as a major drawback.
RCICs
There is no mention of any RCIC agent on the company’s website. Most reviews mention the names Fayyaz and Peyman. New applicants are checking this kind of information to decide whether to choose this agency or another to represent them in the immigration process, so this information needs to be displayed on the website.
It’s very important to keep in mind the fact that recommended RCICs rank higher in our list of best immigration consultants.
Online Visibility
Website
We are not a fan of Visa Positive’s website. It seems more like an old-school blog than a professional immigration website. The website takes minimalism to the next level, where it becomes too lackluster and boring. Furthermore, there is no information presented, neither about the services nor about the company itself.
There are no terms of use, no login section, and the reviews don’t seem legit or reliable. They do have a blog section that is updated once every month or two. They also have a WhatsApp chat option on the website. Overall, it is quite underwhelming and needs a lot of work to be even slightly useful for a potential immigrant.
Social Media
Their Facebook page is moderately active with 850+ followers and no interaction under the posts. They receive good reviews though, but the last review they got was in 2017 so it doesn’t reflect on their immigration services to Canada.
Their Instagram only has 116 followers and it is also moderately active with no interaction. They also have a Twitter account with 550+ followers and it is regularly updated. They don’t have a good social media presence.

Editor’s Conclusion
Visa Positive is perhaps a decent enough immigration firm for the UK, but nothing good or ‘positive’ can be said about their immigration services to Canada. The website is very underwhelming and doesn’t give out any information about their team or RCIC agents.
They offer very basic visa services and we are not impressed by their social media handles either. Overall, the company doesn’t seem reliable for Canadian immigration.
