Besides immigration, they also help with temporary residency visas such as work permits, study permits, visitor visas, and entry into the Caregiver Program. Once you become a permanent resident of Canada, they also provide assistance with citizenship services along the road.
They have a team of immigration consultants that represent the clients through the application process for citizenship, as well as revocation or appeal processes. They also mention that they provide information about law changes and reasons for the delay in any particular application of their clients.
There is no mention of assistance with the application such as uploading documents, helping with IELTS preparation, or post-landing services such as rent/housing, help with job search, or resettlement.

However, once you fill the application form, they offer a ‘62%’ discount which claims 100% guaranteed entry to the program that’s right for you, along with a full assessment report, eligibility test, targeting to improve chances of immigration, and immigration strategies.
Such huge discounts seem a bit dodgy. They don’t mention the initial price for any immigration package, according to a review the application cost can go up to $4000, which is way more expensive than the information presented on their website.
Customer Service
Canada Direct seems to be majorly lacking in customer support and service. They do have a live chat option on their website, but it is linked to Facebook Messenger and you only get automated responses instead of a prompt reply from a customer service agent. A live chat is the best way to assist applicants, and the agency does not meet the needs of their clients.
The contact information is clearly mentioned on their website with 4 addresses, an email, and a phone number. Although they have a refund policy, they don’t seem to apply it when customers complain about dissatisfaction or the processing of payments without informing them. Conducting a payment without following the payment protocol is not ethical.
We found a review with complaints that they are unable to get a refund. Another review mentions transactions without informing the client. This review mentions that they have had a bad experience with rude behaviour from the customer service even before the payment was processed.
Client satisfaction doesn’t seem to be their strong suit, and it’s a long road ahead for an immigration consultancy that wants to be one of the best in the field.
Overall, the company does not seem very trustworthy.

The website of Canada Direct leaves something to be desired. The one-page website requires a lot of work both in its layout and the information it provides. There are a lot of claims and big words used like ‘exemplary service’ and ‘high level of professionalism’ which should be backed up with transparency and client reviews.
This is where the company falls short. The website is not informative. There isn’t even sufficient information provided about the immigration programs that they are offering. There’s no FAQ page or articles/blog about living in Canada.
We don’t think the agency had any efforts to make the website informative. The purpose of an immigration agency is to make immigration procedures easier, which means that in this case the benefit of immigrants is not their primary interest.

They have a Facebook page with 24,588 followers. The website is not up to date and there is zero interaction under the posts and only a handful of likes. These days, social media is the main communication channel, so it is unclear why the agency is not increasing its efforts to connect with its clients in a better way.

With a very basic website, bad reviews about customer service and pricing, and minimal services offered for immigration or any relevant information about immigration programs, with not satisfying customer service, Canada Direct doesn’t seem very impressive.
There’s no information about RCIC agents and almost no online visibility, which makes it a risk to hire them for application procedures and immigration. Our team wouldn’t recommend our clients this kick of services.
