Founded in 2017, Alliance Visas is a UK based company with branches in Canada, Australia, America and Ireland. They specialize in working holiday opportunities including temporary visas for work and travel while living abroad and shaping your future the way you want.

The company has a youth-oriented approach with opportunities of volunteering and working towards a career, or simply looking for adventures on your gap year. They cover visa services for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK, Japan and have a Hong Kong Working Holiday program.

Services

alliance visas 1

The following immigration services are offered by Alliance Visas for Canada:

  • Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Canada Spouse Visa
  • Canada Family Class Visas
  • Employer-Sponsored Visa
  • Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP)
  • Other Canada Immigration Pathways
  • Conjugal Partner Visa
  • New Pathway to Permanent Residency Canada
  • Canada Jobs
  • International Experience Canada IEC Visa and Work
  • Canadian IEC Young Professionals
  • Canada IEC Working Holiday

Besides these services, they also offer temporary visit visa and student visa for Canada. Detailed information is provided with every visa title, with eligibility criteria and requirements, as well as the application process. However, on exploring their express entry section, we found that the information provided was not up to date.

For instance, the amount required in proof of funds is not up to date. Furthermore, the CRS scores for age drop down to 0 at 45 years of age, but on the website, they mention 49, which can be misleading for many as express entry is the most popular pathway for immigration.

Besides Canada visas, they also deal with visa services for Australia, including a variety of permanent and temporary residency and working holiday visa. Visa services for New Zealand, UK, USA, and Japan and Hong Kong working holiday visa is also included. With an entire section dedicated to Work Abroad and Jobs Abroad, we can say that their specialty is the working holiday visa.

If you are looking for volunteer programs, they provide assistance with that for a fee, given that you pay for your own flight, accommodation, food and travel. These volunteer programs are for Thailand, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Ecuador and India.

Prices

There is no mention of price packages with any service or visa type. An assessment form is attached with all the services which has to be filled and submitted for further information. This is a major drawback as not even the consultation fee is mentioned. However, they do mention price packages for their volunteer programs (not including Canada) on the website.

Customer Service

With minimum interaction on social media, not enough information on the website and an unresponsive live chat feature, there’s nothing much that can be deduced about Alliance Visa’s customer service. They don’t share any information about their team which doesn’t work well in their favor. Very few online reviews are available and most of them are positive.

Google rating for the company is 3.8 with only 9 reviews. Most of them are positive reflecting on the good service and professionalism.

The two negative comments complain about the bad cancellation policy and expensive services.

Other Perks

You’ll find a lot of additional services with Alliance Visas. Popular for their working holiday visa, they offer a variety of travel and work abroad opportunities not just for Canada but many other countries as mentioned above. Their volunteering programs are unique and definitely worth the investment.

The company’s services are youth-oriented and offer a chance to broaden your horizons. As for the immigration services, no additional or post landing services are offered.

RCICs

There’s no mention of team members or RCIC agents. On their LinkedIn, the company size mentions 2-10 employees which is quite small for such a large operation. No immigration consultant is mentioned by name which raises questions on the authenticity.

Online Visibility

Website

Alliance Visas can definitely work on improving their website and giving it a much-needed update. It’s a struggle to find their About and Reviews sections which is hidden at the bottom right corner.

Most of the website gives detailed information about their services. There’s also a dedicated Blog section which is regularly updated and is quite interesting. They share contact information, have a live chat option and share quick links to their social media handles.

Social Media

The Facebook page of Alliance Visas has a little over 3k followers with regular updates but zero likes or interaction under them. The Facebook review page has only 3 reviews, with positive feedback on their visa services. Their Instagram only has 600+ followers with no interaction. The Twitter is at 700+ with regular updates and no interaction.

Editor’s Conclusion

Alliance Visas seem transparent enough about their mission, goals and services, but lack to gain a client’s trust by taking away that personal touch from their website. We can’t connect with them as they don’t disclose anything about the team or registered RCIC agents.

However, the website is a good source of information for the different visa services offered for Canada and a few other countries. With a little upgrade, transparency and improved customer service, the company can raise its standards and gain a dedicated client base, which seems to be severely lacking as of now.

Overall, the company seems only a good option for temporary residence visa service like working holiday visas.
