Besides immigration visas, temporary visas/visit visas and Super visas are also provided by the company.
The additional services under their Basic package include eligibility screening, professional review and 24/7 support. The Gold package covers application processing by RCICs, access to the online immigration system, personal account manager, verification of all the required documents, online preparation guide for IELTS exam and 24/7 support via email and phone.
Under the express entry category, the website also states that they help with settling in Canada by providing resources and advice for relocation, and assistance in preparation, accommodation, banking, accessing public services and many other aspects. The Basic Package starts at $495 while the Gold Package has a Price range of $1000 – $50000 (we believe there is a typo on the website and it is actually $5000) depending on the program type, customer profile and amount of family members.
The initial evaluation and assessment is free, but as soon as you fill up a very basic form, you are redirected to a secure payment page before giving you any results or details about the assessment. The Evaluation Assessment is priced at $2,395 after supposedly giving out a ‘February discount’.
Nevertheless, we can deduce that the evaluation isn’t actually free and the client is just misguided about it, Consequently, we wonder whether they are misleading their clients in other services they offer.
While they mention free IELTS preparation, the preparatory courses are in fact a part of the price package. It is unlikely for an authentic immigration firm to run discounts and ask for payments right away without providing any details of the initial consultation.
They don’t let you access any information or reach out to their 24/7 customer care support unless you continue with the payment first. This doesn’t work in their favour.

Reliable and authentic RCIC agents are the keys to a successful application, and it’s highly important to mention them in the company’s details, and Canada IMS gives no indication of working with an agent.

They also have a blog section but it is inactive which we found odd; there is no live chat option. Since clients place a high value on internet communication and visibility, this is a downside.
In addition, they don’t share the physical location of their company either which makes us wonder about the reason to do so. As we cannot find anything to indicate that there is a privacy policy or terms of use that are supposed to ensure a client’s privacy, it makes us wonder why those files are missing.

While we like the transparency in price details and the range of additional services offered along with the basic immigration packages, Canada IMS greatly lacks when it comes to gaining a client’s trust. They have no social media presence, no client reviews and they don’t share a physical location on their website.
There’s no way to assess the size of their team or the quality of their customer service as no team member is mentioned on the website. They don’t even give out information about an RCIC agent which greatly takes away from the authenticity of the practice.
The company needs to work a great deal on sharing reliable information about their team and company, as well as build a good social media profile to appear dependable.
