New Vision Immigration Review in 50 Words

New Vision Immigration (www.nvimmigration.ca) is an immigration consultancy firm based in British Columbia. It is operation since 2008, providing hassle-free visa services for over 13 years with a specialty in British Columbia PNP programs, Express Entry, and a variety of other immigration and non-immigration visa processes.

Why are We Hesitant about Recommending New Vision Immigration?

  • Negligible online presence
  • No live chat option
  • No information about RCIC agents
  • Unprofessionalism leading to visa rejection

Services

New Vision Immigration 1

The following immigration services are offered by New Vision Immigration:

  • Express Entry, including Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skill Trade Class, and Canadian Experience Class
  • Spouse and Family Sponsorship Program
  • Provincial Nominee Program for Nova Scotia Province Nomination Program and BC PNP
  • Business Immigration
  • Caregiver Immigration
  • Refugee and Asylum
  • Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds

Very limited and precise information is provided about all the visa programs mentioned above. Usually, providing insight about each program along with their eligibility requirements help a potential client make up their minds about the one that suits their case the best.

They do, however, have a point calculator section where you can calculate your eligibility points for BC PNP (Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS), Nova Scotia 67 point calculator, Saskatchewan PNP point calculator, Canada 67 point calculator for skilled workers, and BC PNP business investor/entrepreneur point calculator.

New Vision Immigration 2

Besides immigration services, the following visas and services are also provided by the firm:

  • Work Permit Inside Canada
  • Work Permit Outside Canada
  • Caregiver
  • Post Graduate Work Permit
  • Student Visa inside or outside Canada
  • Super Visa
  • Visitor Visa
  • Employer Requirement for BC PNP
  • Employer Requirement for NSNP
  • Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

Adequate information is provided for each visa, and there is an FAQ section under the visit visas section as well. There is no mention of additional services such as document upload, data flow, or fast-tracking the process. They also don’t mention any post-landing services like help with accommodation/renting and housing, financial aid or help with the job search.

Prices

We couldn’t find the price package for any visa program on the company’s website, which is a major drawback. They offer free assessments after booking an appointment. Clients may feel uncomfortable if they do not know enough about their fees to determine whether to proceed with this agency or another since they do not have enough information to make a decision.

Customer Service

The website of New Vision Immigration does not have a live chat option, and its social media presence is negligible. Therefore, not much can be said about the quality of customer support. Their Yelp reviews are mostly good, where clients praise the good service and supportive customer care service of the firm.

However, there are a few out of the bunch who complain of their unprofessionalism leading to visa rejection and that they are just interested in making money.

Other Perks

There’s nothing much to admire about the services offered by the company. They cover all the basic grounds and cover most immigration visa types, as well as study and work permits and visit visas.

They don’t offer additional services or post-landing services. This is a subject we believe needs improvement. It’s very helpful for new immigrants to find all the information they need in one place and to know they can rely on someone throughout the process.

RCICs

None of the team members or RCIC agents are mentioned by name on the company’s website. Some of the comments mention “Mr. Ramadeep” and their LinkedIn page lists the team members of New Vision Immigration, mentioning Joban Hundal as their immigration Consultant.

We couldn’t find the registration number for the RCIC agents but Mr. Joban Hundal’s LinkedIn page suggests that he is working with New Vision Immigration for almost 7 years. These kinds of information are crucial as they reflect their authenticity and eligibility, so you know you’re letting a professional handle your future.

Online Visibility

Website

The main page of their website is a bit overwhelming, with too much happening at once as you keep scrolling down. Also, when you click to expand some of their sections, the page fails to load. The limited information about different immigration visas under their services leaves something to be desired. They have an FAQ section and a point calculator on the website.

They have a news section about immigration updates that is not organized by upload date, as the article on top is posted in 2019 and the most recent one in April 2021. There is a service feedback section where you can post your queries and complaints. The website has terms of use and a privacy policy but no live chat option.

Social Media

We couldn’t find any social media pages for New Vision Immigration which is a huge drawback. Facebook is a great source to find out what clients think about the agency and if they stay active and interact with their customers. We did find a LinkedIn page but they definitely need to work on their online presence.

Editor’s Conclusion

New Vision Immigration covers all the basic grounds when it comes to immigration services, but their website fails to win over a potential client as they don’t have enough information to gain out trust, nor enough details about their services. The company needs to work on its social media presence and regularly update the website to make it more user-friendly and informative. Overall, the firm is perhaps reliable but not one of the best ones out there.
