It is very well structured with all its services conveniently categorized and highlighted so that potential clients can find exactly what they are looking for and are eligible for. Besides this, they have provided enough information about their company and team to win over the client’s trust.
There is a news section that hasn’t been updated since the mid of 2020 that makes us wonder about the relevancy of the agency activity and a section dedicated to immigration tips with a lot of useful material. You can access the website in English and Russian, and they also have a chat option for WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
Social Media
There is a Facebook page with a following of over 1.7k. They frequently post on the page but there is little to no interaction under the posts and only a handful of likes. You can also request an appointment with them via their Facebook page. It is extremely important that agencies use social media as a tool to share their activity. Okay, just a quick overview of my experience
My post-graduation work permit was just about to expire in 1,5 months, so I decided to contact Green Light Immigration for help with the new work permit.
1) First consultation is expensive compared to other immigration services in Toronto
2) There is no quick overview of your situation, so you don’t know if they can help you or not until you book your first paid consultation
3) The lawyer was late for 15 minutes for the video consultation to tell me everything that I already know and name prices for the following help.
4) It took him only 5 minutes to do so
Also, nobody has notified me for him being late

They have mentioned in their website that we can check the free eligibility. So I tried to check it out and one of the person called me and talked some things about their service. And it was around 10 mins talk and they have send me an invoice of 149 dollars which I need to pay for Their consultation. This is fraud they say the assessement is free and asking to pay 149 dollars for the WhatsApp call.
Please do trust these kind of frauds and don’t ever try to do an assessment from them since they will ask money from you as well.
Frauds and I even didn’t ask to call them it was them who called and told about their company and service and told supered to my profile that’s all.
Indeed very cheep frauds.

I put in my visitors visa application last year Augus 2021 to go visit my sister . The application should be processed at the Nairobi office but unfortunately we have had to wait for more than a year . No reply at all all they say is application in progress . And yet some people send in their applications and are replied within afew days whether they’ve been given the visas or not . It is unfair . You can’t make us wait for an application for more than a year that’s ridiculous . How can a visitors visa application take one year. That Nairobi office should isnot effient in any way .
